REFUND & RETURN POLICY

COFFEE

There are no returns or refunds on coffee that has been delivered. Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to the order being packed. To request a cancellation, please contact us by email at shop@salentocoffee.ae.

Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL

All international sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or exceptions will be permitted.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

At Salento Coffee Roastery FZE, we want you to feel happy and confident when purchasing from us. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so any time before the order has been packed.

To request a cancellation, please contact us by email at shop@salentocoffee.ae.
Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be cancelled. Additionally, if your shipment is already on its way, we will be unable to process a cancellation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Salento Coffee Roastery LLC, we work hard to present our products accurately. Descriptions and images are prepared with care, but they may not include every detail and occasional variations can occur.

International orders

  • Duties, taxes, customs charges, and any brokerage/handling fees are set by the destination country and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs office for estimated charges and import regulations before placing an order.
  • Salento Coffee Roastery LLC is not responsible for delays or additional costs related to customs processing.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

  • If an international shipment is refused or cannot be delivered for reasons outside our control, it is not eligible for a refund.
  • Any additional costs (return shipping, customs/clearance, storage, or re‑delivery fees) will be charged to the customer.
